Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

Damage or Manufacturing Defects

We are committed to deliver complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can be replaced or refunded. Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team. You are requested to contact us by calling us +916360063284 or by emailing us at customercare@aaptiorganics.com within 24 Hrs of receiving the product. Any claim after 24 Hrs of receiving the product will not be entertained.

 

Return Policy

Upon receiving your return request we will arrange a pick up from the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of purchase and it  takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked up, In case of our shipping partner not having pick up in your address you can ship the product yourself, the shipping cost will be refunded upon the acceptance of your claim, subject to product inspection and acceptance of the claim we will take 4 days to initiate refund. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

 

Refund Policy

We will initiate the refund within 2 days of Product Inspection. payment of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. Expected time line for refund: 5 – 7 Working/Business days.

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the purchase before we initiate the shipping by calling us or mailing us, Cancellation requests are not entertained after shipping is initiated.
