Damage or Manufacturing Defects
We are committed to deliver complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can be replaced or refunded. Any claim after 24 Hrs of receiving the product will not be entertained.
Upon receiving your return request we will arrange a pick up from the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of purchase and it takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked up, In case of our shipping partner not having pick up in your address you can ship the product yourself, the shipping cost will be refunded upon the acceptance of your claim, subject to product inspection and acceptance of the claim we will take 4 days to initiate refund.
